Who can shop at Home Express?

Anyone can shop at Home Express. However, to purchase using the finance options provided by our partner Lifestyle Money, you must be over 18 years.

How do I buy?

If you are a current Home Express customer, all you need to do is sign in. You can choose the products you wish to purchase by adding them to your cart, select your payment type and follow the prompts to check out.

 

If you are new to Home Express, the amount of information we request depends on the payment type you select. For example, we’ll need more details if you wish to utilise the finance options provided by our partner Lifestyle Money.

What payment types do you accept?

We offer three ways to pay:

 

 - Buy now, pay later provided by Laybuy, Afterpay or Gem.

 - Credit or debit card.
 - Finance provided by Lifestyle Money.

What are the finance options?

Finance is provided by our partner Lifestyle Money and your application will be subject to their lending criteria, terms and conditions.

What if the product I ordered is not available?

We only offer products that we have in stock or are available directly from our suppliers. Very occasionally there can be a delay between the time you order and delivery and the exact product you ordered may no longer be available. In this instance we will do our best to provide you with a replacement with comparable or better features at no extra cost. We will contact you to discuss your options, and if you prefer, we will refund the purchase price.

What are the ways I can shop with Home Express?

Shopping online is not your only option for purchasing, you can also shop over the phone or one of our Retail Associates can come to your place - simply contact us and we’ll arrange an appointment.

 

We have Retail Associates covering in Auckland, Gisborne, Whangarei, Kaitaia, Hamilton, Napier, New Plymouth, Palmerston North, Wanganui, Rotorua, Taupo, Wellington, Masterton, Nelson, Blenheim, Christchurch, Ashburton, Timaru, Oamaru, Dunedin, Balclutha, Gore and Invercargill.

Can I purchase from Home Express Retail Associates immediately?

Yes, provided you have a current Everyday Account provided by Lifestyle Money.

 

If you are setting up a new Everyday Account or Payment Plan, you may be able to purchase from our Retail Associates immediately subject to meeting Lifestyle Money’s lending criteria.

Do I have to pay for a Retail Associate to visit me?

No, our Retail Associates visits are provided as a free service.
