Home Express delivers to residential addresses anywhere in the North and South Island. We cannot deliver to Stewart Island or the Chatham Islands.

Delivery costs

Standard delivery:
$10 delivery fee applies to all small and medium-sized items across New Zealand

 

Large items:
Delivery of oversized items such as whiteware, bikes, furniture, large electronics etc will be charged according to the cubic metre measurement of the item as well as where you want it delivered to. This cost will be applied to each large item you order and is displayed on the delivery line of your order summary.

Delivery timeframes

Typically, products under 25kg will be delivered overnight in Auckland, within 2-3 working days outside Auckland, and within 5 working days in rural areas. For larger items, delivery times can be confirmed by contacting us, calling our customer services team on 0800 466 334 or sending us an email. Delivery time will generally not exceed 15 working days.

 

Rural customers: If your order is being sent to a rural address it will be delivered by a rural delivery courier. To check if an address is rural, please refer to NZ Post. Rural delivery typically takes 3 working days for North Island and up to 5 working days for South Island. The rural delivery service does not offer receipt confirmation and a signature cannot be obtained. Please note, if your delivery goes missing, Home Express cannot pursue any entitlements to reclaim your item with the couriers. If you would prefer to have you order delivered to your local pick-up point, please amend the delivery address for the order. By placing an order, you consent to these terms.

 

Suburban customers: If no one is home when the delivery is made the courier will leave a card for you to arrange to pick it up at their local office. Your order may be signed for by any individual at the delivery address on file and delivery can only be made to a physical address, not a PO Box. By placing an order, you consent to these terms.

What to do if your product has been damaged during delivery

If goods are damaged in transit, we will arrange for them to be fixed or replaced. Simply contact us, send us an email, or call our customer services team on 0800 466 334 and we’ll take care of it for you.

Returns

If you are sent the wrong product or your product is faulty, contact us, send us an email, or call our customer services team on 0800 466 334. If you purchase an item of clothing that is the wrong size or you change your mind on a purchase, we do accept returns within 10 days from delivery provided the products are in their original condition. We reserve the right to charge a return freight fee.
