Who can shop at Home Express?
Anyone can shop at Home Express. However, to purchase using the finance option provided by our partner Lifestyle Money, you must be over 18 years.
How do I buy?
Simply visit our website homexpress.co.nz to view our complete range of products, select your payment method and track your delivery as it arrives at your home.
What payment types do you accept?
We offer the following ways to pay:
- Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards
- Finance provided by Lifestyle Money
- Buy Now Pay Later with Afterpay
What are the finance options?
You can apply online to our finance partner Lifestyle Money for a Personal Loan allowing you to purchase the items you want. Your application will be subject to Lifestyle Money’s lending criteria, terms and conditions.

For any enquiries regarding orders or products purchased through Home Express please call our friendly Customer Services team on 0800 466 334 Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm or email us at info@homeexpress.co.nz.
For any enquiries relating to your Personal Loan with Lifestyle Money, please contact the team at Lifestyle Money on 0800 427 334 within NZ or +64 9 967 0802 outside NZ, Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm or email info@lifestylemoney.co.nz.
What if the product I ordered is not available?
We only offer products that we have in stock or are available directly from our suppliers. Very occasionally there can be a delay between the time you order and delivery and the exact product you ordered may no longer be available. In this instance we will do our best to provide you with a replacement with comparable or better features at no extra cost. We will contact you to discuss your options, and if you prefer, we will refund the purchase price.
