Can I purchase from a Home Express Retail Associate immediately?
Products can be purchased if you are a current Home Express Customer with an established Everyday Account.
If you are setting up a new Everyday Account, you may be able to purchase from our Retail Associate immediately subject to meeting Lifestyle Money credit criteria. Your Retail Associate will advise you if your credit application has been approved or not and if there are any credit lending conditions at the time of your application.
If you do not qualify to receive the goods immediately, once the credit lending conditions have been met, your order will be delivered to you. All your rights under your credit contract will remain.
Am I charged if I request a Retail Associate to visit me?
No, our Retail Associate visits are provided as a free service.
What hours are the Retail Associates available?
Our Retail Associates operate Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm and Saturday 10:00am-3:00pm
